We collect facial images you voluntarily upload for AI-powered style analysis:

Facial photographs: Images you upload for analysis
Facial feature data: Face shape, proportions, symmetry, and structure characteristics
Image metadata: Upload timestamp, image dimensions, device type

Important: NOT used for identification, authentication, or facial recognition—only for style recommendations.

2.2 How We Use Face Data

Face data is used exclusively for:

Style Analysis: Personalized recommendations for hairstyles, accessories, eyewear, and outfits
Results Generation: Display face shape classification and style recommendations in-app
Service Improvement: Enhance AI models and app performance (with your consent only)
Technical Operations: Debug errors and monitor system performance

NEVER used for advertising, marketing, facial recognition, identification, or surveillance.

2.3 Third-Party Sharing & Data Storage

Third-Party Sharing

Shared ONLY with:

Microsoft Azure OpenAI: Images transmitted via encrypted API to GPT-4 vision. Microsoft does NOT train models on your data.

NOT shared with: Advertisers, data brokers, social media, or marketing companies. Never sold.

Storage Location

Temporary Processing: Transmitted to Azure OpenAI servers for analysis
Local Device: Results cached on your device for performance
No Long-Term Server Storage: Original images NOT stored on our servers

All transmission encrypted (TLS/SSL). Local data protected by device encryption.

2.4 Face Data Retention Period

Strict retention policies to minimize storage:

Immediate Processing & Deletion: Images deleted from Azure OpenAI servers within 24 hours
Local Device Cache: Saved results stored locally until you delete them
User-Initiated Deletion: Delete any analysis anytime in-app—immediate and permanent
App Uninstallation: All local data automatically deleted when app is uninstalled
Aggregated Analytics: Anonymized stats (no identifiable images) retained up to 12 months with consent

Summary: Images deleted within 24 hours. Local copies persist only if saved, until manual deletion or app uninstall.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Your uploaded images are processed using secure cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure OpenAI) and are automatically deleted from processing servers within 24 hours after analysis is complete.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your images and analysis results remain private to you. 6. Your Rights & Controls

6.1 Data Management

Delete your analysis history anytime within the app
Delete your entire profile and all associated data by going to the profile button and clicking "Delete my account"

7. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services for app analytics, crash reporting, and cloud infrastructure. These services are bound by strict data processing agreements and only have access to the minimum data necessary to provide their services.
